Accounting
If you are our customer, we need your personal data (invoice details) in order to comply with statutory obligations for the issue and record keeping of tax documents. 

Establishment of business relations
We also need your personal data to establish a business relationship (order placement, order delivery, entry in the customer database, recording of orders for potential future complaints handling). 

Marketing – sending newsletters
Your personal information to be processed: e-mail addresses, full name, gender, data you click in the e-mail, how often you open newsletters we send you, forwarding of promotional information.  If you are a Wisible customer, there is a legitimate interest because your desire for news from us is reasonably expected. The information will be retained for a period of five years from your most recent order.

If you are not a customer, the newsletter comes to you because you agreed to receive it, and the information will be retained for five years from when you granted consent.

If Wisible learns about a third party doing something remarkable or interesting, we will be glad to share it with you. In either case, you can use the unsubscribe link to withdraw your consent anytime you receive our newsletter.

Contest photos and video recordings
At some of our events and contests we do photo and video documentation. Photographs are used in our promotional material. Contestants are able to see a video of the drawing and event. If you do not wish to be videoed, let us know in advance in our contact data.

Cookies and Google Analytics
When you view our website, we record your IP address, how long your session lasts and from which website you are directed from. We perceive the use of cookies for the measuring of website traffic and customizing the way the website is displayed as our legitimate interest as the Data Controller because we believe it helps us provide you with a better service.

We protect personal data to the fullest possible extent by using modern technology corresponding to the level of technical development. We protect the data as if it was our own. We have taken and maintain various technical measures which prevent damage or destruction of your personal data.

If there are any changes to your personal data, you have the right to rectification or amendment of this data.

You may exercise the right to restrict processing if you feel that the data we process is inaccurate, if you feel that we perform the processing illegally but you do not wish to delete all your data or you have objected to our processing of your data. 

You may restrict the extent of your personal data or the purpose of its processing (e.g. by unsubscribing from the newsletter you are restricting the purpose of processing to sending business information). 

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)
You have the right to erasure or the right to be forgotten. We do not want to forget you but if you wish, you have the right to request we do so. In such a case, we will erase your personal data from our system as well as from the system of our partial backup processors. To ensure this right to erasure, we require 30 days. 

In some cases we are bound by law and we must keep records of issued tax documents (orders, invoices, contracts, etc.) for a time period stipulated by law. In such cases we will erase all personal data that no other law requires us to keep. We will inform you be email once the erasure has been completed. 

Complaints to the Office for Personal Data Protection 
If you feel we do not process your data in compliance with the law, you have the right to complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection. We would appreciate if you let us know about your concerns first so that we can take action to rectify any errors.

Unsubscribing from the newsletter and business information
Wisible sends you inspirational e-mails and also articles, products and services because you are a Wisible customer and based on your legitimate interest.

If you are not a customer, we are sending you the newsletter because you have agreed to receive it.

In either case, you can stop subscribing to our e-mails by clicking on “Unsubscribe” in any e-mail Wisible sends.

Confidentiality
We assure you that our employees and collaborators, who are involved in processingyour data, are obligated to maintain confidentiality of any personal data and security measures. This confidentiality lasts even after their contractual relationship with us ends., Your personal data will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent.
